I usually prefer a Marriott but this hotel needs to be renovated. Once one of us did get a room, we noticed that the rooms were super dated and didn’t look as clean as most Marriott’s Ive visited. Check-in is at 3:00PM but a number of us were left waiting because rooms weren’t ready. The young man with red locs sits on his phone and has no answers for the customers.
This isn’t it! Customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another Marriott hotel if you can.
